My science fair. I did my science fair about the urban myth about hamburgers not rotting. The myth is true, so now not a myth. As my theory concludes they dry out. The ones left out in the open didn't grow mold apart from on the bottom because they were on a paper towel. The ones in grease proof paper didn't really rot apart from the homemade ones. The ones in ziplock bags looked like they were breathing. The grew LOTS of mold.
