How to be me 'This' Morning

First, you should wake up at an absurd time in the morning and pat the really fluffy cat called Coco, who is lying in the middle of your bed making it so that you have to lay awkwardly.

Secondly, search for pillows and not succeed, this explains your sore neck.

Thirdly, some how go back to sleep without knowing it.

Wake up again and realise that you may have been asleep, wake up this time around 7:00am.

Stretch your legs, you will now find there is no cat in the middle of your bed, this tells you that it's past 6:30 (When the cats 'demand' to be feed.)

Sixth, Lay there in till 7:15am because, you're to tired to move.

Seventh, open your eyes  when Mum walks in and gives you a Hot Chocolate, take a sip. Mum will start talking to you, and wants to measure you to see if you've grown

Step 8, accidentally forget about your hot chocolate.

Step 9, Some how fall asleep again in till 7:30.

Step 10 wake up again then stare at some birds out your window for 3 minutes.

(Not finished)

Heart rate.

Heart Rate

•What is heart rate?

Well heart rate is the times your heart beats per minute.

•What is a normal heart rate for a 12-13 year old? - show how the calculation is worked out.

The normal heart rate in 12 year olds is about 70 - 110 beats per minute.

•When you exercise what does your heart rate do?
Your heart rate increases to pump more oxygen to the muscles.

•Does your heart rate change when you get older?
Yes because your heart gets bigger when you get older therefore able to pump more blood around your body so this new more effective heart doesn't have to pump as much.

Room 43

Yesterday, in my group which was Conor, Damian, Flynn and I went over to visit the Satellite Class. We were the last group to visit them in their new temporary class. We were showed around by Bobby. We got to meet all 11 students. We got showed all of the rooms and people. We got told their names, and shown where they worked. Room 43 is in the temporary class because the old building had an electrical fire, because an extractor fan over heated. We only really got to talk to one of the students, apart from Bobby. I can't remember her name, but she showed us where she worked. She had her on little room, with a red & yellow desk to work on. Room 43 is a classroom with students that need a little bit extra help.

My weekend.

Armageddon.  On Saturday Maia, Tyla, Paris, Ethan, Logan, Maia's Mum & me. Even though lots of stuff was expensive, it was still really fun. Unfortunately I had to take off my zombie make up, The zombie make up was really cool although it was $15. You'll find it hard to believe but there was really cool Dalek's that followed you, they shot you and they waved back. They would go round saying "Obey" and some other stuff I couldn't understand. They were so cool.

A Great discovery.

The dinosaurs which are a group of animals of the clade Dinosauria, First appeared 230 million years ago as the dominate terrestrial vertebrates. They were the terrestrial vertebrates for about 135 million years. They lived from the beginning of the Jurassic period about 201 million years ago until the end of the Cretaceous period about 66 million years ago. This is before the Cretaceous-Paleogene extinction event (the meteor) which wiped out most species. The few genera that did survive were mostly birds who now continue the race of dinosaurs. The person who first found fossils was Buckland who lived from 1784 - 1856. He was a British paleontologist & clergyman who collected fossils.  The first fossil was found in Iguanodon. Fossils have been found all over the world before this, in the roman times and before, and they thought that they were griffons and dragons.

A scientist

Luis Alvarez was actually a highly accomplished physicist, but it was he who theorized about the meteor killing all the dinosaurs. He had won the Noble Prize in Physics in 1968 for discovering the resonates states of fundamental particles. Luis Alvarez was also a life long inventor.
He lived in America from 1911 - 1988

Science

A science experiment I've done is making a volcano. We used a coke bottle and added the ingredients. The ingredients were baking soda and vinegar. We would also use different food coloring to make the 'lava' different colours. It turned out the same every time. Only warning is that do this experiment out side. It worked bettterr when g you use the normal amount of the ingredients it you tryed to use more so that it made a bigger explosion it wouldnt work the same.

Camp.

Last week from the 6th of May to the 10th of May room 42 and room 41 went to Ngamuwahine Camp. On the first day group 1 to 4 went on a tramp in the moring while group 5 to 8 stayed and did abseiling, rock climbing and posties walk. Then we swapped over. The parents didn't have to cook anything because we had our on lunch then the girls cooked their dinner while the boys cooked like they would have in the bush but they couldn't sleep out that night because it was to cold and might rain. The next day we did Stream Study, the Loop Track and the girls slept out in the bivouac while the boys cooked. The next day we did activities, I did kayaking, biking, rafting, and Archery and shooting. Then The next day we swapped over and I did The high ropes and Paint Ball. I have awesome bruises from paint ball. We also did the Burma Trail. I didn't get scared at all and I said "Hi, how are you?" to everyone. The Burma Trail sucked because some of the boys had waited for each other so we were in a big group and I was at the end of the group so only the people up the front would be scared. But it was cool when I asked Gene how he was, he grabbed my ankle and said in a scary type of voice "Goood".
