3 course dinner, Homework challenge G2



I've made 2  3 course meals. The first one was, a shrimp cocktail for a starter then a roast lamb with roast vegetables, for the main course. For dessert we had a self saucing chocolate pudding.

Then the next day I used up the left overs and made a shepherds pie for the main then a pineapple upside down cake for the dessert with a pallet cleanser of grape caterpillars with cloves for eyes.



Feedback: The feedback I got was that it was good.

  1. Very resourceful using up the leftovers! The grape caterpillars sound healthy and fun. Shrimp cocktail seems to be a popular starter. When are you doing your final meal?
