We Have new homework That we can choose. These are the ones I have chosen. We Have to choose ten.

G1. Give to children in need: Participate in the 20 Hour famine. Raise a
minimum of $40.00  √

G2. Give to your family: Prepare 3 formal three course meals, including the
menu, cooking and presenting, photographs of the meal and feedback from
your guests.  √

Physical Activity and the Outdoors:

P5. Compete in a sport for an entire season √

P6. Walk or run around the Waikareao Estuary (or another negotiated walkway
on this site:) four times with a family member. √

Excellence in the Arts:
E1. Learn an instrument or craft or join a dance school/team during the year √

E2. Create an original artwork using recycled materials. √

E3. Visit an exhibition and review it. Present your review on your blog. √

Academic Excellence:

A7. Complete at least 3 of the ICAS competitions (1 done 2 to go Some are in term 3)

A8. Reading Challenge - join and visit the Public Library regularly. Each time
you visit, blog about one new service the Library offers. √

Service in School and Community:

S5. Join a community group and show how through this you have
helped others. (Cubs, Guides, Keas, Church group etc) I'm Going to volunteer at the SPCA √

S4. Care for younger children: Organise a series of games or activities for younger siblings or neighbours or teach them a dance or an instrument. I've looked after Bree my niece. √
